Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Germany and other European countries. The shipping options you see at checkout depend on your address.

Processing and delivery time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes about 7 days from the order date. Items in the same order can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below €50, shipping is €7.99.

Tracking

We send you an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Please check it for updates and make sure someone can receive the parcel.

Taxes

Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after it shipped, or your tracking shows no progress, contact us at hello.lissepeau@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if the parcel is lost, send a new one or refund your order.
