Avocado Oil (INCI: Persea Gratissima Oil) — a heavier, deeply conditioning oil naturally rich in oleic acid and vitamin E. It has real slip, so it's the one for dry ends, cracked cuticles, elbows and heels, and long massage sessions where you don't want to re-apply.
Fractionated Coconut Oil (INCI: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride) — coconut oil with the long-chain fats removed. That means it stays liquid at room temperature, never solidifies in your bathroom cabinet, absorbs in seconds and leaves no shine. It's odourless, colourless and has an exceptionally long shelf life — which is exactly why it's the standard base for roller bottles and blends.

Hair & scalp — Warm 3–5 pumps between your palms and work through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave 20 minutes as a pre-wash treatment, or use half a pump on dry hair to smooth flyaways. For the scalp, part the hair in sections, apply a few drops directly and massage in circles for two minutes before washing.

Skin & body — Apply to damp skin straight after a shower to seal in water. Two pumps covers arms and shoulders; four covers legs. For the face, use one or two drops pressed in as the last step of your evening routine.

Massage — Three to five pumps into the palms, warmed, then work across the area. Fractionated coconut gives longer glide; avocado gives more cushion.
